Getting Started
CashPilot is a free financial management app for Malaysian SMEs. It works directly in your browser — no installation required. You can also add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
Step 1: Sign Up
Open cp.tobiz.network and create an account using your email or sign in with Google. You can also start as a guest and sign in later.
Step 2: Set Up Your Company
Go to Settings and enter your company name, registration number (BRN), and other business details. This information appears on your invoices and documents.
Step 3: Record Transactions
Tap the + button on the dashboard to add a transaction. You can record income, expenses, or transfers. Take a photo of your receipt for automatic data extraction via OCR.
Step 4: Manage Invoices
Use Receivables to create and track sales invoices. Use Payables to record bills from your suppliers. CashPilot tracks what's owed and what's due.
Step 5: Back Up Your Data
Go to Backup and connect your Google Drive. CashPilot creates backups in a dedicated folder in your Drive. We recommend backing up regularly.
