Suppliers auto-fill payment descriptions and set direction to OUT.
Template includes columns for bank details, ID, and payment schedule. Existing suppliers with matching names will be updated.
Clients / Debtors
Clients appear as suggestions when adding receivable invoices.
One client name per row. Duplicates are skipped automatically.
Payment Bank
Set the bank your company uses to make payments. This determines the export format in Pay Batch.
Payment bank for this company
Changes save automatically. Pay Batch will use this format when exporting.
🎯 Features & Access
Control which features are live (rollout) and which users can use them.
Set what each company can do. This is the ceiling: a company's own admin (superuser) can only grant their users permissions within what you allow here. Leave all ticked for full access.
Fill in limit numbers (leave blank = no limit for that item). Save as a named template, then apply it to users below. A user with no template applied has no limits. This sets up the limits; actual blocking when a limit is hit is a later step.
Each user belongs to one company. If a login was created under the wrong company, change it here. Shows every non-admin user and their current company.
Only features turned ON above can be ticked. Unticking a feature hides it for that user (e.g. a user who doesn't need Pay Batch).
Logins
Manage admin and client login credentials.

👥 Client logins — one per company
🔐 Migrate to Firebase Auth

Upgrade from username/password to Firebase Authentication (email-based login, password reset, Google sign-in). Enter an email for each existing user, then tap Migrate. Both login methods work during migration.

e-Invoice Helper
Chrome extension that auto-fills suppliers' e-Invoice forms for you.
🧩 Set up the e-Invoice helper (desktop)

The helper is a small Chrome extension for desktop. It auto-fills suppliers' e-Invoice forms for you. Mobile isn't supported — use a computer for e-Invoice.

  1. Download the helper file below and save it on your computer.
  2. Unzip the downloaded file to a folder. Keep this folder — don't delete it.
  3. In Chrome, go to chrome://extensions (type it in the address bar).
  4. Turn on Developer mode (toggle, top-right).
  5. Click Load unpacked and choose the folder from step 2.
  6. Done! When you open a supplier's e-Invoice page, the helper fills it for you.

🏷️ Categories
How CashPilot decides a receipt's spending category — by shop, or by the words on it.
Known shops and their spending category. Handles OCR distortion (e.g. M R D I Y still matches MR DIY). One per line: NAME1, NAME2 = Category
When the shop isn't recognised, CashPilot guesses the category from words it sees (e.g. milk, bread → Grocery). One category per line: Category: word1, word2, word3
📄 Reading Rules
Words CashPilot looks for when reading a receipt photo — supplier names, totals, and payment types.
When capturing a receipt photo, CashPilot looks for these words to spot the supplier's company name (e.g. Sdn Bhd, Enterprise, Trading). Add any extra words you see on your suppliers' invoices — one per line. Defaults are always included.
When reading a receipt, CashPilot looks for these words to find the total amount. Add any wording your suppliers use (e.g. TOTAL SALES, JUMLAH BESAR, AMOUNT DUE). One keyword per line. The most important value to capture is the total — these keywords help get it right.
Define the payment methods you track and the words that represent each on receipts (aliases). For example, TnG might appear as TNG or TOUCH N GO. One alias-set per line: Type: ALIAS1, ALIAS2
